He leveraged over a decade of multi-domain experience including Healthcare and Financial sectors in the field of software quality assurance, into building this enterprise over 6 years ago. Over the last couple of years, under his able lead, team at SQA Canada has grown leaps and bounds, and forayed into integrating QA with niche IT domains of Process Automation, Cloud, and Data Sciences.
Ashish Sanan
With over 20 years of cross-domain knowledge and IT experience, Ashish, a thoroughly passionate and highly-respected digital-transformation connoisseur, serves as our Managing Partner. Through the years, Ashish has contributed significantly through his strategic inputs and direction to help create SQA Canada become an established name in the Canada IT industry.
He also is the Founder and CEO of SynergyX, USA, a sister concern of SQA Canada, providing integrated solutions for undertaking digital transformations in Cloud and AI.
Aradhana Ray-Vermani
Aradhana is responsible for managing the project consulting and augmentation lines of business at SQA Canada. An experienced, strategic marketing professional, she started her career sixteen years ago in IT Solutions and believes she has come full circle at SQA Canada.
Baljit Kaur – Manager, Technical & HR Recruitments
With 14 years of extensive experience, Baljit Kaur excels in overseeing all facets of recruitment at SQA. She possesses a deep understanding of both the technical and soft skills essential for success across various industries. Baljit has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that enhance the candidate pipeline, improve the candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire at SQA.

Sukhjit Singh Sehra (PhD)
Sukhjit heads Research and Development at SQA Canada. A highly skilled Data Scientist, Sukhjit is a Doctoral Researcher in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. Before becoming a part of the SQA Canada team, he was associated with Elocity Technologies and taught as an Associate Professor at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College in Ludhiana, India.

Gagan, our RPA expert is a certified RPA Developer and QA Professional. He brings with him over 8 years of diversified IT industry experience in process automation, manual and automation testing of web, mobile and client-server applications in a variety of environments across multiple domains.

Saurabh, is a highly qualified subject matter expert in software quality assurance. A certified ISTQB professional, he brings with him hands-on industry experience as a QA Lead at esteemed organisations, overlooking large complex enterprise class, business critical applications and products.
Amanvir Mundra: Solution Architect
A talented Solution architect with an international experience of 13 years in Cloud, Devops, Architecture, Design, Development, implementation and testing of web/cloud-based products in financial, healthcare and eCommerce domains. Experienced in leading multiple Scrum/delivery teams. An entrepreneur at heart, founded a niche marketplace and scaled it to 7 cities across India. A certified AI engineer who is fascinated by advances in Deep Neural nets and Computer vision.
